The goal of the test is to determine the vertical load capacity and load deflection characteristics of brackets subjected to vertical load. Vertical load capacity shows the ability of a bracket to withstand stresses during use. The test is performed on universal testing machine Z100 Zwick/Roell equipped with special steel frame (substrate).
The resistance to vertical load of the product shall be determined according to EAD 090062-00-0404 Kits for external wall claddings mechanically fixed - Annex L.
As part of the testing of the PM&VL7 research line, Flexbrick brackets were examined before and after ageing.
