The MEZeroE platform is now accepting applications for its exclusive call for proposals, offering access to state-of-the-art testing and open innovation services under highly favorable conditions.

Through this initiative, selected companies will gain access to specialized testing facilities, expert evaluations, and real-world testing environments, ensuring their innovations meet industry standards and market expectations. The tests will be fully coordinated with leading service providers, streamlining the process for participants.

What Costs Apply?

The testing services are free of charge for selected companies.
The only costs incurred will be for:
• Prototype production
• Shipping costs
• Any specific items not explicitly covered in the open call agreement

If you’re selected in the open call, what will you be committing to?

You'll need to register on the MEZeroE marketplace:

• You’ll provide consent for us to promote your use of the platform through success stories, with content to be agreed upon beforehand.
• You’ll complete a satisfaction survey to help us implement improvements based on the insights gained.

How to Apply?

Send via e-mail an attachment (one page document) with the following information:

1 Company name
2 Location (city and country)
3 Description of your envelope product or system
4 Which is the specific need you would like to cover
5 Please indicate if you are interested in a specific service offerer or pilot line

End of the open call: 25th of April (EXTENDED to May 4th)

Once the open call is closed, we will carefully analyze all requests and conduct a pre-selection. The pre-selected requests will be followed by meetings with each of the companies to understand their needs better and make the final selection.
