Groundwork testing is done on wall-sized building elements with focus being on facades, using standardized methods for measuring sound insulation and possibly sound absorption. Testing is conducted over a range of product samples provided by the customer, with the main focus on specimens at the extremes of sound insulation - samples expected to provide the least and the most sound protection. the testing is performed in accordance with series of standards EN ISO 10140 (1-5):2021 for measuring sound insulation in P1 and standard EN ISO 354:2004 for sound absorption in P1.
